Midlands Workforce Limited ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company") is a specialist international recruitment agency registered in the Republic of Ireland. We connect skilled Filipino professionals with Irish employers across the Healthcare & Nursing and Hospitality & Tourism sectors.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting a CV, registering a vacancy, or engaging our services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this website or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, candidates, employer clients and any other users of our site.
Our Services
Midlands Workforce Limited provides international recruitment and workforce solutions, including but not limited to:
- Sourcing, screening and presenting candidates to employer clients
- Assistance with Irish employment permit and visa application processes
- Pre-placement cultural orientation for candidates and employers
- Post-placement support and pastoral care for placed professionals
- Compliance guidance relating to Irish employment law and NMBI registration (nursing)
- Employer partnership services including onboarding support and standards verification
We specialise exclusively in two sectors: Healthcare & Nursing and Hospitality & Tourism. We do not operate as a generalised recruitment agency.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Candidate Terms
4.1 Eligibility
To register as a candidate with Midlands Workforce Limited, you must be at least 18 years of age and hold, or be eligible to obtain, the qualifications and permits required for your intended role in Ireland.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in all submissions, including your CV, qualifications, employment history and personal details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate removal from our candidate database and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.3 Candidate Fees
4.4 CV and Data Use
By submitting your CV or personal details, you consent to Midlands Workforce Limited:
- Storing your information securely on our candidate database
- Presenting your profile to relevant employer clients
- Contacting you regarding suitable vacancies and placement opportunities
- Processing your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR

4.5 No Guarantee of Placement
Registration as a candidate does not guarantee a job offer, interview or placement. We make no representations that any particular role will be available or that you will be selected by an employer client.
4.6 Candidate Conduct
Candidates are expected to engage professionally with Midlands Workforce staff and employer clients. We reserve the right to remove any candidate from our database who behaves dishonestly, disrespectfully or in a manner that brings the Company into disrepute.
Employer Terms
5.1 Employer Registration
Employers wishing to use our services must register a vacancy and agree to our Employer Partnership Standards prior to any candidate being presented. We reserve the right to decline to work with any employer at our discretion.
5.2 Employer Obligations
By engaging Midlands Workforce Limited, employer clients agree to:
- Comply fully with Irish employment law, including the Employment Permits Act, the Organisation of Working Time Act and the National Minimum Wage Act
- Offer placed candidates the same pay, terms and conditions as equivalent domestic employees
- Provide a safe, inclusive and non-discriminatory workplace
- Not charge placed candidates any fees related to their recruitment or relocation
- Complete required Garda vetting and any sector-specific compliance checks prior to employment
- Provide adequate induction and support to international hires during their initial period of employment
- Notify Midlands Workforce Limited promptly of any material change to the role, location or conditions of a placed candidate
5.3 Accuracy of Vacancy Information
Employers are responsible for ensuring that all vacancy details provided to us — including job title, salary, location, hours and employment conditions — are accurate and not misleading. Inaccurate vacancy information that results in a failed placement may constitute a breach of these terms.
5.4 Guarantee Period
Specific guarantee and rebate terms (where applicable) are set out in the individual Service Agreement entered into between Midlands Workforce Limited and each employer client. In the absence of a signed Service Agreement, no guarantee is implied.
5.5 Non-Circumvention
Employers agree not to directly engage, offer employment to, or approach any candidate introduced by Midlands Workforce Limited other than through us for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction, without our prior written consent. Breach of this clause will entitle us to invoice the employer for our full standard placement fee.
Fees & Payment
6.1 Candidate Fees
No fees are charged to candidates. See Clause 4.3 above.
6.2 Employer Fees
Recruitment fees payable by employers are agreed in writing in a separate Service Agreement before commencement of any search. Fees are typically structured as a percentage of the placed candidate's first-year gross salary or as a fixed placement fee, as agreed in writing.
6.3 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment may attract interest in accordance with the European Communities (Late Payment in Commercial Transactions) Regulations 2012 (SI 580/2012).
6.4 Expenses
Any pre-agreed out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., advertising costs, travel for assessment events) will be itemised separately and are payable in addition to placement fees.
6.5 Taxes
All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable under Irish law.
Data Protection & GDPR
Midlands Workforce Limited processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") as retained in Irish law, and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
7.1 What We Collect
- Candidate data: name, contact details, CV, qualifications, employment history, right-to-work information
- Employer data: company name, contact person details, billing information, vacancy details
- Website data: cookies, analytics, usage patterns (see our Cookie Policy)
7.2 Lawful Basis
We process personal data on the lawful bases of consent (candidates submitting their CV), legitimate interests (employer contact and business operations), and legal obligation (compliance with employment and immigration law).
7.3 Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Controller at [email protected].
7.4 Data Retention
Candidate data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last activity, unless you request earlier deletion or withdraw consent. Employer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period required by Irish tax and employment law thereafter.
7.5 International Transfers
As we operate between the Philippines and Ireland, personal data may be transferred internationally. We ensure all such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software — is the property of Midlands Workforce Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright law.

Limitation of Liability
9.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Midlands Workforce Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 Website Availability
We do not warrant that this website will be available at all times, free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. Access to the site may be suspended temporarily without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
9.3 Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9.4 Placement Outcomes
While we take all reasonable steps to match candidates appropriately, we cannot guarantee the performance, conduct or suitability of any placed candidate, nor the continued employment of any candidate following placement. Our liability in respect of any individual placement shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with that placement.
Ethical Recruitment Standards
Midlands Workforce Limited is committed to ethical international recruitment in accordance with the Dhaka Principles for Migrant Worker Recruitment and applicable Irish and Philippine law.
- We do not engage in or facilitate any form of forced labour, trafficking or modern slavery
- We comply with the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) standards where applicable
- We operate in accordance with the Employer Pays Principle — no recruitment fees are ever charged to candidates
- We maintain records of all placements and cooperate fully with any regulatory audit or investigation
- We will immediately terminate any employer partnership found to be in breach of ethical employment standards

Termination
Either party may terminate their engagement with Midlands Workforce Limited by providing written notice. The following conditions apply:
- Candidates may withdraw from our database at any time by contacting us in writing. All personal data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified withdrawal request.
- Employers may terminate a Service Agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in that agreement. Fees owing at the point of termination remain payable.
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate our engagement with any party who breaches these terms, provides false information or engages in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to candidates, the Company or third parties.
Termination does not affect any accrued rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities of either party at the date of termination.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct communication. Complaints should be directed to [email protected] in the first instance.
If you are a consumer based in another EU member state, you may also be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active users by email.
Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
